OK the guy is a jobsworth, but if you look carefully, the Escort is blocking in a row of parked cars and causing an obstruction. However, he could have asked her to move it first.

I hate clampers. The last guy who clamped my car I was only gone for 2 mins into my local shop and I park where I've always parked until I came out the shop and find my car been clamped so I asked the bloke what the fuck do u think ur doing etc then blah blah blah and says give him 120 quid to have clamp removed so I was like hold that thought I got the bat out of my boot and said u can u have ur 120 quid but u will loose all ur teeth in the process he soon changed his mind and removed the clamp off my car got back in truck and drove off. Now that people is lesson what u do if someone tries to con u Into nicking ur money especially when the clamper failed to identify himself nor even say who he was working for.

If it was a private company that clamped ur car u should have called the police and they would have came out to gey them to remove it as it's illegal to clamp. The only ones that can clamp are the police, council and the dvla.
