Do you like smash burgers?
There's a new place in London that's hyping right now. They do burgers, fries, and sundaes - keeping it simple and focusing on quality ingredients. Supernova Burger is based in Soho and just opened this month. There are already reviews on it on GQ and Hot Dinners.
It's open Wednesday to Sunday between 12pm - 4pm. I arrived at 12pm on a Friday and had to queue for just under an hour to get a house cheeseburger, bag of hand-cut fries, and caramel sundae. They have been selling out by 3pm.
They charge you £9 for a cheeseburger and £3 for the fries.
They already have 10,000 followers on Instagram. I mean if you can't call this an overnight success... then what is?
So, is it worth it? The queuing and all? Supernova's chef Jeremy Coste just wants to make the best burger they can. And the effort has made Supernova certainly go viral!

The classic burger there is terrible. The mustard makes it a back yard bbq burger taste. House burger is great.

Thanks for watching! It was still good. Just a bit salty, most likely due to when they salt it, but still a good burger. I wouldn't wait an hour for it though. :)
