As a valencian (where paella is originary from) I hate to be that person but someone has to do it: that wasn't paella at all, not only because of the ingredients mix but because a paella will NEVER be spicy. And also idk what kind of obsession British people have with adding spice to everything but may admit the pastries and other things you showed looked amazing! Always fun to discover new places in London
