I kind of agree with Nancy! It’s not her responsibility to soothe her friend’s anxieties and she doesn’t have an obligation to reply straight away. If her friend was rlly worried she could call and check up on her. But I agree that it doesn’t seem like she’s handling the situation well. If your friend is getting overly anxious about something trivial like that, then I think it’s time to respectfully set some boundaries and find out how you can help them to learn better coping strategies. NOT gossiping about them behind their back
