Hi Lesslie, Happiness and joy are the reward, but not our drive, I believe. If I can manage to feel unpleasantness as the second side of the coin, then I can survive even the worst moments in life. The technical term for this ability is "resilience". Faith is definitely a factor in strengthening one's ability to cope with life's "low blows"! But life can also be fun, suffering is not everything! And when the sun smiles again, I say: Thank you! ... and enjoy it, because that was also made "for me" ... and of course for you, too! 😄🧑🏾‍🦲🙂 😄👍🏾😎

@@lesliehilesgardener6959 For me, "faith" means lowering the shield, not raising it (the first attack I'm guaranteed to withstand ✌🏾🙂🧑🏾‍🦲 after that I'll put on a different show though ...)! Why should I be afraid of evil? The great cloud pusher will have known why he created it, me and you, too! Where there is shadow, there is light nearby, right? 😂 By the way, you are talking to a man here💪🏾😁 💪🏾since you just spoke of a "shield" here: there is not only the fight against something, but also for something! How is a woman supposed to recognise "her" man if he prefers to hide out of fear of evil or of doing something wrong? If she doesn't want me, I have to accept that. I will not die because of that!
