Watched the series. As a life long NYer (49), I pretty much grew tired of the city (especially since Covid). Seeing it through your eyes, was amazing!!! Most days I grip about how I have to be in the office two days now. As the weather warms I'm going to start doing things again. Inspirational!!! ❤❤❤

Enjoyed the videos! What I didn't understand is how you could just leave your bag at hotels and hostels. Seems that could pose a security problem. You weren't a guest and you could have a bomb in the bag. I'm shocked that they let you do this. Also, how could you hang out in the hostels without being a guest? This is NYC. Another security breach. It was great that a lot of NYers were very kind to you. The reputation is that they are rude, but like you, on my visits to NY, I had great conversations on the street with NYers. Looking forward to LA series. Be careful!

Great series, very entertaining to watch! Those who criticize don't seem to consider, that NY is much harder than London to get free vouchers and other social deals with fairness. Ok 1$ in NYC in these times is quite crazy lol, but you mastered it well. Only that canteen moment was rather inconsiderate, such places are expensive, but well, sometimes we just tumble into uncomfortable situations.
