What is the implication of sticking down that one eyelash to the pad to prevent the eyes from lifting open? Would it pull out after a while?

her eyelids are so tight. Have you got any videos showing extremely complicated eyelashes, Im talking clients that have a fatty layer at the eye lid edge (Just above the hair line), excess skin, Multi directional growth and diagonally / curly.
