Look at the quality of illustration in this piece -- the little bit where the stage pulls away from the depot is exquisite, for example. Masterful use of shadow, too, and of rough-hewn details in the scenery, very like that seen in first-season Jonny Quest.

Used to watch it every Saturday. The art was like no other cartoon on the air. And this episode is one that stuck with me all these decades, just because of the Big Reveal at the end...
