Became a patron after the last video, and as a software eng who left a salary to try to start my own company while training for my first ultramarathon, seeing your journey and approach to life has been so inspiring. Also your renaissance approach to mastering so many things is insane haha. If you're ever in SoCal, you've got a free meal on me. Keep on the grind man.

You guys have plenty of time to go back into Software if you like. You're lucky enough to have that as an option if things dont work out or if you've had your time in the Athletics and want to go back to a 9 to 5.

Phenomenal. The quality and narration on this video are fantastic, but it's all about your mentality. It's simply infectious, and I hope you know that your efforts to be the very best version of yourself through all the adversity is extremely admirable. Keep up the great work Ari, and thank you.

Find local group rides and you’ll get the lay of the land pretty quickly. It’s a friendlier environment where people will be more likely to give you advice on what to do and what not to do. Bike races are a bit more cutthroat. Also with bike racing, having a team is important but you can conquer them solo as long as you know how to position yourself. Props to you for getting out there and hanging for as long as you did... my first bike race I got dropped almost immediately!

Hey Ari, I really appreciate this video, been following your journey for a while and this is such an eloquent and powerful mini documentary. I love the artistry Johnny and you put into it. As a varsity track athlete who is graduating next month, I (very frequently) get caught in the mindset of I love the sport but do I need to give it up. Your quote at the beginning of searching for happiness is something I really enjoyed hearing, I appreciate the inspiration your channel has given me to continue running and that is a mindset I definitely want to take going forward. I'm really sorry to hear about all you've had to endure this difficult year, but I'm wishing you all the best going forward in your training, art creation, and search of happiness.

Hi there Ari. I sort of stumbled across you on a Lionel video. Now I have watched some of your own videos. Really love the vibe and the music. I have been a runner for 37 years, yes I am that old, a marathon runner, half marathon 10k 5k everything, and for the last 20 years a triathlete, and yes all of that also. Ironman half Olympic the whole nine yards. I wish I could boost a 13.57 5k. Now subscribed. Keep up the work, I am sure your decision to give up your everyday. Will pay off! My every day was 30 years in Social work. Now semi-retired and a few hours a week doing what I love. Teaching swimming to old and young. The rest of the time, well that's the dream. Swim Bike and my first love run!1! Look forward to checking in on your progress.
