Years ago my comic dealer (AKA then man who took most of my paycheck) handed me volume one of the Dark Horse edition of Lone Wolf and Cub. I ended up with the full 28 volumes on my shelf. Phrases like "out of my cold dead hands" are applicable here.

Where did you find your volumes? Everywhere I look the omnibus are either super expensive or not available at all…

Used book stores, mostly. It took years to find all of them.

I found it in Russian analogue of Craiglist. Like 1 volume for 400 rubles - 6.50 dollars. I wanna buy one volume

Would that be Path of the Assassin or Samurai Executioner? Because Samurai Executioner is set in the same world but is a prequel. Path of the Assassin is made by the same guys but not in the same world

The 12 omnibus books only collect the original LW+C series.

Great video and I’m this old discovering lone wolf movies on HBO max app😅🥲 recently and I fall in love! like why didn’t I know about this. I love everything - haven’t read the books maybe I should . I want to listen to the podcast. Thank you so much for this video and now a FAN
