Good video and I think you are spot on with your assessment! If you pause briefly you can mitigate the bounce. Setting up I felt it bit better than the original one as well. But they are solid choices for the self filmer for sure. There are others out there too that make great choices but LWCG did a nice job at giving the OG pocket a strip down!

Hey nice job on the video. I just got this setup also, just got the Lone Wolf Razor. I’ll do a comparison video also. I have the Sony ZV-1 and also a full sized canon video camera G40. I’ll try it with this system. For my pocket arm. I got the Genius 3D printing stabilizer to add just a little more stabilizing to it. Keep up the great work and keep the videos coming!

Good stuff! Can you recommend a tripod for a cell phone? I'm assuming painted arrow fluid head but what tri pod would you recommend?

Have you looked into the DJI Osmo Mobile 6? I've been thinking about getting it for self filming. I think it would solve the bouncing issue. It also has an active track feature that would come in handy I think. Not sure what the range of the track feature is though.

I have a DJI Osmo mobile 5 and It works well for walking around and filming in the yard, Id imagine the 6 is even nicer. Im not sure id want to be messing with it in a hunting situation. When them big bucks come in you usually dont have a lot of time to be turning things on and stuff, Id hate to add another step in the process... If you get one and mess with it let me know what you think!! Im always interested in learning new ways. Thanks!

I found the original pocket arm to be a better combination of weight x stabilization than the razer. My razer has a little too much bounce with a super light fluid head and iPhone 16 pro max. I’m sure a smaller/lighter phone would be better paired with the new razer
