Sometimes the CCs can get it wrong on a unit. Everyone was freaking out at every new ML unit, so it’s best to wait 1-2 weeks and see how they perform in the meta.

NOTE: I am not saying my build is the best build. Not by a long shot. I just wanted to try something different. A lot of cooking needs to be done. I recommend you try things out and see what works. Will probably be a bit before her final form is realized.

I see ML Peira more of a tool for normal people than don't want to spend their entire Epic7 life rolling for speed and having all their units at 300+ speed, and having a more standard-rolled team that can go second without losing the entire team to an agro opponent.

I have her at 257 Speed and I'm liking her a lot. Especially since I lucked out and managed to pull a Remnant Violet. I think both of them together will be pretty freaking strong. I've been able to steal wins against Harsetti comps in Challenger I that I couldn't before.

She brings great support for dark units and can even be used outside her "target" elemental group. She may not be Moona opener strong or DBSenya tanky strong, but she is an incredibly flexible unit who is fast, can bridge, cleanse, and cycle like a formula one racer. She is allowing me to knock mort/harseti teams off their toilet throne autoing cause now my Rat can cycle and actually take turns and survive longer thanks to simply pressing Peria's s3. (P.S BBK is a unit)

Dark units are ass . Ml hwa can't benefit from her. Politis doesn't really benefit from hem . Ddj put people to sleep , so he won't really benefit from her.Shes meh

She works well as a turn two cleanser enabler, you give her effectiveness and modest speed and health/defence and she makes it impossible for a harsetti or ML Luna comp to recover, worse if you pair her with ML Violet. Remember how everyone how everyone shouted ML Hwayoung needed a buff, now she's one of the easiest Arena defenses to run.

I got her in 3 multis from 198. I think everyone unit is worth it when you can get them at low investment. I will actually be pleasantly thrilled if this is a unit I can build slower and tankier... most people don't rock that "300 speed lol die" bs, so I'll take all the mid and slow units I can get. Her design is top notch though!

People were panicking over how "OP" This unit was. Im glad i was right, she's great! But not that op. She's very good for turn 2 player who can't get 300 speed as a cleanser. If you're playing fast u don't need this unit but she can be considered a luxury.

her kit is definitely overloaded with stuff 50% battack buff a unique speed buff that stacks with other speed buffs from other units (ML choux) 50% evasion that goes up to 70/75% (I can't remember which one) its just gonna take time for people to find a build that works for her

I think she can be built both as an opener (like in the demo vid) and as a standard cleanser on sweet miracle and immunity (maybe at ~250 speed?). I pulled two of them out of 50 pulls so I’m going to build one specifically for Harsetti lol.

if your running bbk with peira and you have swift attack if you can kill a target with s1 when she has swift attack he gain 100% cr and then can s3 and if she kills with s3 another turn so literally 3 turns

Thats why I ignore content creators that think speed is a must build for every unit that comes out. Making her an opener just doesn't make any sense. She seems like a good answer to Setti or even Mort comps. Cleansing a tanky ML Lua so she can voke freely

Fast unit with access to SoP, 2 debuff cleanse and a passive that grants CR. She might just be an Opener Counter. Also, the Swift Attack is in any element so she isn't just good with dark units.

If you go Destro she might get focused and die without doing anything. Counter build is a safer approach but it has to be a 600 set. Otherwise, she won't have nearly enough both dmg & bulk.

Regarding when you say most ml5s are pvp-only, you're right, but I was thinking ML Piera miiiight be one of the few that is useful in PVE. Nothing about her kit is strictly PVP, and every part of it can feasibly be useful in PVE.

5 minutes into a video and I'm glad to see that by this stream, you've calmed down with "omg she is broken" thoughts. I was a bit baffled to see you, out of all people, saying that she needs to be nerfed pre-release. You've always been one of "wait and see first, before conclusions" guy so it's was unusual to hear about pre-release nerf requests from your last video. We literally got Fenne, who had ok-ish kit at first glance, turn out to be one of best PvE units with still unexplored potential in PvP. What was stopping the same thing happening to Peira but in reverse? There is upcoming balance patch and Tori, who might have counters to Peira so much that without her current kit she might become hardly playable. No offense to anybody, but asking for changes before even testing is not a smart thing to do. If her kit looked so busted to ask for nerf before release, where were the ML Ilynav or FireFlan nerf requests back then!? OR what, guaranteed crit dual attack with atk buff artifact or anti-penetration passive with def & resist buff looked ok? Back to Peira, her kit was never "true" opener kit, even with having passive teamwide cr push. She didn't provide strip, dmg boost, enemy disrupt on turn one unlike other openers. Her kit was more defensive: cleanse, evasion and tempo for much SLOWER teammates. Why must majority of playerbase react like this for every character that has slightly higher base speed? If she had base 110 spd constellation, none of you would've even thought building her 300+ and think more about turn2 support.

If you just want something to counter non attacks such as Sea Phantom Politis, why not just run Holiday Yufine on Spear? Turn 1 would be better than Peira due to Hyufine's passive, a bit worse post turn 1.

She isnt great for a new player so i dont think going all in on her is ideal. As for speed, she clearly isnt an opener. Ive tried her super fast and ive tried her mid range and i find her more effective mid range. So if you like her, pull her. You dont need super speed on her, just enough to bridge. 240 - 260 spd is fine and it is attainable.
