I grew up in a farming area, My Grandmother and a neighbor went Gooseberry hunting, so they could make Jam. We ended up in an old Homestead. No houses but old wagons and wagon wheels and things the Settlers had planted and were still growing. Among other things Gooseberries.

The green tractor outside is a combine, trucks were chevy's, the other machine outside by the combine was a for raking hay I believe since never seen a good look at it. The tall pipe looking thing outside is a auger to put grain in silos. The white machine was a sprayer for crops. They have sells for the city equipment to help buy new trucks and things. My dad bought 2 for logging and snow removal in the mountains of Colorado.

Also the house seemed cleaned out(cupboards, closets) except the basement & kids stuff. You really find the most interesting places. House had nice woodwork and flooring sad to see things left behind. Since the upstairs seems to be cleaned out makes me wonder if something happened to stop the process on the main level? Must be kind of tempting to take something as a memento of each place you explore.

Love seeing the out building, manny explores don’t think it’s necessary to show the outbuildings and barns, but it definitely is. Nice old GMC or Chevy Square Body Trucks, they would be 1973-1987 Cool how the old tractor tires still have Air. Old VW Engine in that one Building. That 6.2 being a Diesel it would Run. Nice to see the woodwork in the house not painted. That Red light in the bathroom is a heat lamp.

I 100000000% agree with you!! It's super important to show the outside small buildings, that shows a ton about the way if living and age property. I've seen explorers who didn't even show you every room in the house???!!! It drove me crazy!! And made me constantly wonder what I was missing!! Maybe that's a big factor why I ended up starting exploring myself, to do it properly and show and see every inch of the house's!!

Sad to see that farm just going to waste. It was a lovely place at one time house was really nice I love the woodwork in it too bad the kids didn't keep the farm going. That red light in the bathroom is a heat lamp you would turn that on and it would warm up the bathroom so when you got out of the shower you wouldn't be cold. That's awesome, smart people back in the day when they didn't have as much and needed to use there own brain to survive and be warm out the shower instead of like today we just click purchase and problem solved! I would love to see what ever house looked like when it was warm, loved and loved in. That would be a great little super power to have, be in the abandoned house close your eyes and your in the house with other people walking and sitting around! 🤩

Its a feeder, fill the inside with hay then put it in the field the caws can get it out through the open slots. The farmer only fills it up once a day.

Nice house 12:26- I got the same Skill Saw from my dad - still runs fine. 13:00 - When you pick corn you'd have your guys grab the trunk and bring out the burlap to pick 40-50 pieces to a bag 19:02 - that old John Deere mower looks pristine! 30:21 - A grate like that would be used to transfer heat from the basement where you have a very large wood stove warming up the whole house.

I understand the documentary of places, but seriously i cant understand if something has been left for years and years, why not let items be taken or given to a charities. Its a waste of EVERYTHING. Im not a fan of wasting good things when so many people are in need. Even homeless people, ship there butts out to the homes if can be lived in and that way they have shelter and out away from drugs and violence. While they live there they can improve the homes so they live longer. The little soor going outside the wall is a doggie door. DONT GET ME WRONG, I WATCH THESE KINDA SHOWS TOO MUCH TO DISLIKE THEM. IT JUST DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO LET EVERYTHING JUST ROT AWAY WHEN THIS WORLD IS IN SUCH A MESS AND PLENTY OF PEOPLE NEED HOMES AND THINGS / ITEMS THAT ARE JUST SITTING THERE AND ROTTING AWAY FOR NO REASON.
