I know single black women in my age range of late 40's and they have a plethora of qualifications for men that they consider dateable and they themselves barely meet those standards. I understand why men go younger...there is a whole lot of headache and baggage that comes with 'seasoned' women. My husband met me when I was in my 20's and I told him then that what he loved in me as a woman will still be the same or better 20 years later. From an outsider's perspective, Tia had it all and threw it away for what? It's hard to see Tia in the way she is trying to portray herself because for as long as she's been out there, she's kind of always had a pretty wholesome image. Like wife, working mom, unquestionably dedicated to her kids, seemed at the time that she had a great dynamic with Corey, she has a channel dedicated to home, family lifestyle. It was great to see a young, modern, black family that were doing well for themselves. It wasn't centered on materiality. It was cute & beautiful. I just don't think she gets that. It's weird seeing her going overboard trying so hard to be sexy. It just makes people wonder what was so bad that she had to divorce Corey? Was he Derrick Jackson bad?
