I noticed I was coughing a lot and tried to tone it down in post-production. Sorry about that! I was just getting over an upper respiratory infection when I recorded this video.

Nice combo! I feel the honing steel instead if the small haste item wouldve been better . Gg!

I think because of all the skills I had that scaled on cast, the turbo silencer was just too good not to run. It reduces the cooldown of the submarine and hastes it. But there's certainly an argument to just scale it's damage with the honing steel!
