You know, there’s times when I feel pretty crap about the stuff I make, but I know I can always come back to this and realise (at least at one point) so many people enjoyed this. This truly was a glorious point and it still makes me feel so happy that people find so much enjoyment from listening to this. Music truly is pointless if it can’t do that and it’s an achievement I never thought I’d ever be able to do, even if it was for a fleeting moment

update!!!!!!!!!!! this is oct 19 2022 backwaters!!! its my senior year of highschool now andf i just had the best summer ive ever had. i reconnected with my best friend that i met online through a mutual friend in 2020 that i hadnt talked to since the summer of 2021. after talking every day for months we got to meet in person on may 22nd 2022!!! they live a few hours from me but i got to keep visiting them when i was at my dads, which is closer to their city. we had our first kiss on the morning of july 4th!!! ive been way happier since we started talking again..going outside and doing better in school and stuff. theyve been happier too. we're both kinda sad people so this has just been a really cool thing for both of us...i still feel sad often and stuff but its nice having my best friend by my side....still such a rad soundtrack.. just in a different part of the same movie now...!!
