Zoey The Survivor it's not supposed to be the real thing, it's based on the left for dead series. It would have been pretty boring if the characters were in the same groups and wore the same stuff they had in the game. Wolf changed things up a bit by adding new skins for some characters, switching the characters around (Rochelle and Zoey) and it's opened up a whole new story. If you haven't seen it there are many questions you could ask yourself. Why is it called white lie? Are they going to make it? Will some of them die? Will there be any plot twists? I thought this series was amazing, with the dialogue being limited to only be what was in the audio files for the game, making some of the characters converse was difficult, especially when people from other games were brought in. Also having Zoey with Nick coach and Ellis and Rochelle with Louis and the Francis brothers, it would have also added a little bit of difficulty to make them talk to each other. Lonewolf did an amazing job with this series.

@Shiori wow, haven’t looked at this series in a while lol. But who cares why Ellie and Claire are there? Ellie had her own experience with zombies in the Last of Us and Claire did as well with resident evil. I guess they can sort of relate and add more to it. With regard to beta Zoey, Lewis and Francis, I don’t really think there’s much of an explanation needed there. If Beta Francis was there which he was, odds are the other beta versions of the characters would make an appearance too. I thought it was quite creative given what Wolf had to work with in terms of audio and other stuff. Yeah there are some cheesy bits or predictable things but it was still a pretty decent storyline and I’ve rewatched it a few times.
