Nature is so big that you can't even imagine it in Japan. I long for camping because it is not possible to camp in the wild in Japan today. And off-road cars are cool too. My partner's dog is also cute.

It pains me to see and watch you use that fine Japanese blade. That knife is a Santoku knife. It is thinner than a European style Chef knife, which accounts for their wicked sharpness. It also means it's easier to roll the sharp edge. Santoku blades are not meant to be rocked or dragged across the cutting board. Instead, you cut downward or slightly diagonal from top to bottom. Also, when moving food use the back of the knife not the sharp edge. Do this and you will not have to sharpen the blade forever. Good luck
