Great video, I was stuck on the point of forming a bight, your video was crystal clear on where to form the bight and placement of the cord when working your way back to the starting point. Thanks again. Stay Safe, Devil Dog...

@@dqmc07 I totally busted laughing when you went "Squirrel!". I used to do that to my dog when we walked in the woods. He would go crazy and launch toward the squirrel. So, you kind of got me with that one. LOL. Take care.

Thanks for that. Hope you get that squirrel. Your instruction for the knot seem really clear but can you tell me what you do to tidy away the ends of the cord? Thanks

Lol, I tuck both strands inside the knot and slow adjust the tightening of them to avoid any collapses in the turks head

This is very helpful. Any tips on what to find to make different standard TH braids? I wouldn't mind doing more of this and maybe learning how to put it on an axe or two. Do I just follow this guideline and apply it to the handle or is there somehow else to do it? If I am not being coherent PM me and I will try to explain it better. Thanks

Love the video, finally was able to understand how to make it. Watched other videos, but didn't make sense. Question, to end the knot, just leave the ends without tying? Leave them hanging?
