Andrew Cloud he didn't actually shear the whole wing off. he damaged the wing and forced the enemy plane down. the series "Dogfights" did a episode on this. it was really interesting

I still think the Germans need something fast at this tier. The Russians and Americans have a lot of mobility which helps them dominate the capture points early game. The Germans need something similar to the M18. Maybe a high tier armoured car or something.
