@@mr1pearl One day, walking through my city, I found a guitarist playing country music outside his house. I asked him if I could listen to him, and he was playing really well. He was playing the song Leader of the Band, which I can't remember the name of the composer, and then he sang some songs from James Taylor's album JT. I was stunned. I had only heard two of his songs, without knowing that he was the composer; Handy Man and Hard Times. I went crazy listening to him, and writing down his lyrics phonetically, since I didn't speak English at the time. James Taylor for me, is one of my biggest idols. I have seen him live twice.

@@mr1pearl Another time, I had to go play at a restaurant, and I took a taxi. The taxi driver was listening to James Taylor's live concert, and we started talking about his music the whole way. We got to our destination just as Secret of Life was playing, and I asked him not to stop the meter, and I listened to the song in its entirety. I thanked him, I was going to pay for the fare, and he said, "No, you don't owe me anything. It's very difficult to find people with the same musical tastes."
