Long Beach Resort Alanya Turkey. Duplex Room English Family's Review April 2024

We have just returned from Long Beach and had the best time. Before we left I looked for videos to see what others thought of it before we arrived, but most of the videos were from different nationalities so I thought I would give an English families point of view. Enjoy and if you have any questions leave a comment and I'll try and answer. Oh and sorry for my finger that keeps coming into shot, I need a go pro rather than using my phone!

Great video pal and very informative. We’re going end of October so will be interesting to see what it’s like. Did you manage to venture outside the complex to the town and if you did how was it. Again thanks for the info. Ps didn’t see one cat in the video

@drdoolittlefishhobbyist6055 Thanks pal. Now I come to think about it, I didn't see any cats in the complex either. I'm assuming the peacocks scare them off. We didn't go to the towns because we were only there for a week, but there are loads of buses on the main road, and there's a taxi rank across from the hotel. If you want to buy clothes etc I would suggest travelling to the main town as the prices in the shops near the hotel are much more than you would pay in the town shops. You'll have a great time pal 👍

How was the temp from the outside swimming pools? was it cold in April?

Hi, it was all local brands and they are lethal 😀

All I can tell you is the last restaurant closes at 1am, so I'm not sure if they will be able to offer you anything until breakfast, but I could be wrong.

Yes there is but its small like biscuits, cereal, soup and bread.

Euros. They will accept turkish lira, but everything seems to be priced in euros.
