Sir i need a suggestion... Daily I'm watching ecg videos 3 to 4.. I know how to interpretation.. Like rate rhythm axis etc But when i apply these things on ecg i can't get funding like you.. When you tell finding then i understand yes this can that can.. But when i try i can't find.. Plz tell me some way how i can get finding.. Not more but st elevation t wave like this.. I follow everything like first i do lead 1 avl v5 v6 .like this but still i can't get finding like you 😭😭😭 My nle exam is near and I'm afraid there will ecg then how i can tell them finding 😭

Brother ECG needs practice. There is no alternative. Just keep on interpreting ECG on daily basis. Best advice is to follow the pattern, starting with rhythm, rate and axis. It took me 7 years to get some insight, still in clinical practice there is confusion in certain cases and i discuss it with seniors and colleagues.

hepatojugular response is demonstrated by pressing on center of abdomen not right side
@thetwodocs Жыл бұрын
The clinician presses firmly over either the right upper quadrant of the abdomen (i.e., over the liver) or over the center of the abdomen [2] for 10 seconds with a pressure of 20 to 35 mm Hg while observing the swelling of the internal jugular vein in the neck and also observing to be sure the patient does not perform a Valsalva maneuver.

both are acceptable but in clinical practice specially in MRCP exam RHC is preferred.
