Long Day in the Hospital for Surgery

Raelynn had eye muscle surgery to correct how she's been looking up a lot. And while we were at the hospital, she also got a new wheelchair!

Poor raelynn I thought she already had eye surgery and I am praying for raelynn to get better soon. Did the doctors so both eyes at the same time or where they waiting for her eye to heal and then they were going to go back in and do the other eye

How’s she doing now? How long did it take to get her new chair from the time you decided to get it until the day you took it home? I’m still waiting for a new cushion for my power chair been since May that I noticed the issue and going for first fitting in 10 days. Will be another month before I take it home.

You two are awesome parents! God blessed you with a beautiful, sweet daughter! She is perfect, and don't let anyone tell you different. I have Cerebral Palsy too. I am 43"years old , and I was raised by my grandparents who I referred to as Mom and Papa! They are both in Heaven now, but I believe with my whole heart that we will be together again soon! 6:37 the small pump on top is for concentrated IV syringe doses that need to be pushed slowly over time. It's called a syringe driver. The large pump underneath with a door on the side is for fluids and bagged medication doses (drips). You would load the tubing from the bag into the track and close the trapdoor. Then you'd programme the volume in the bag and the rate you want it to flow by.

I rember takeing Blake to children hospital in saint louis. Missouri. They are a good hospital. Blake was 12 days old inflamed siliva glands than also he turned his feet 🦶 inword witch there straight his muscle tones been stronger amen

You're right about not wanting to over correct eye I was born 5 week early which isn't a lot really but it was back in 1970s when I was born and I didn't cry when born do they had to give me a lot of oxygen so my mum realised when I was 9 month old that my eyes were going into the corner they tried patching my eyes then properly done earlier these days but in 1980s I had two operations on my right eye which is worse one on left eye and in those days I wasent finally discharged from outpatients until I was age 12 and the surgeon warned mum that he had done as much as he could for the right eye and if they did any more it could go back much worse than before when I moved in 2018 I was telling my new optical my right eye ached expecially when on computers he examined them with retina eye camera and said the muscle on the right eye tiny bit at a time was working loose every two years or less when there tested that eyes worse I need strong glasses now it's all I've ever known wearing glasses now this last time the optical said it sounds like it was premie retinopathy that corrected itself do retinas wernt damaged but left the squint obviously no one can confirm it it wasn't known about then but it was a shock now thsnk goodness that rayelons sights OK hope surgery helped❤❤❤

I found out that my husband and his nephew and his sister has seizures part of their bloodline and recently his sister had a seizure and just passed away recently and you might want to find out if there's any history of seizures in the family's bloodline to see if anybody has seizures in the family because that will help a doctor and hospital a lot and I do that with my husband's seizures history when he goes into the hospital or to the doctor's office and I tell them that his nephew and now his sister has seizure disorders and I wanted to give you that idea

Hello Chris and Abbey. I am glad that Raelynns hip surgery went well. My scoliosis fusion surgery lasted over 6 hours. My orthopedic specialist was amazing. It has been 26 years I feel awesome! Chris and Abbey you are amazing with Raelynn!❤️❤️❤️
