The panning effect was by far my favorite so far because it’s pretty straightforward to get good shots when you know which settings to start with (as you have brilliantly provided) I see myself getting into the zoom-blur effect more as well but it’s a bit more challenging to find interesting subjects to utilize it on. Wow. Thank you for this impressive masterpiece of a video. Actually I just wanted a few interesting spots for my trip to Cologne tomorrow. Except for the long exposure on the banks of the Rhine, with the Cologne Cathedral in the background, I thought it would be a completely normal excursion. and then KZbin suggested your video to me. wow again, thank you. I'm going on a completely different trip now. Why capture just a fraction of a moment when I can capture the entire duration of a moment. I will definitely try and test this technique tomorrow and am looking forward to lots of blurry images. A city like Cologne is very suitable for taking steps in this direction. I just hope that a few paranoid people don't beat me to pulp when I point the camera at them. Some people in Germany are very quick to become aggressive when it comes to this and feel that their privacy is being invaded. But that's a different topic. 😅 Thank you again for your tip. My simple advice is first start shooting motion blur even in your phone in evening itself
@ricojvisuals18 күн бұрын
This is great advice!😎👌🏽 While capturing the perfect motion blur shot on your phone might be a bit more challenging, it's still an excellent way to get started if you don’t have a DSLR. And when you do upgrade to a DSLR, you'll be an even better photographer because you honed your skills on your phone first!🙌🏽

Don't know why I haven't tried motion blur + ICM...It's one of those things I know about, but it kind of just drifted by. Maybe I even thought it was possibly a bit gimmicky. I think being subtle, and not going crazy, with the ICM part of this technique, is the answer to getting a polished and pro-looking result. Anyway, thanks for pointing it out and reminding me and it's on my new projects list = looking forward to practicing this one! Nice video man, liked and subbed.
@ricojvisuals11 күн бұрын
Thanks for the support!😇🙏🏽 I totally get where you're coming from-sometimes techniques like ICM can seem a bit out there until you start experimenting with subtlety. I'm glad the video gave you a fresh perspective, and I’m excited that it’s made it onto your projects list. Can’t wait to hear how your practice goes-there’s a lot of creative potential there! Appreciate the like and sub!🤩🙌🏽

@@Danda_mann That’s amazing!🤩🙌🏽🔥 The panning technique is definitely a game-changer, especially when you nail the perfect motion blur. I’m excited to hear how it goes for you-don’t hesitate to share your results or any questions along the way!😎🤝 I was hoping these steps would feel practical and easy to follow, so it’s great to hear they did! Looking forward to hearing about your experiences with the other techniques too! 🔥 Thanks for watching and being part of this creative journey!💜
