For me I genuinely don’t enjoy cooking and I only know the basics, to each their own and you shouldn’t let anyone make you feel down about your choices.

I've been watching your videos for a while, but this is my first time commenting. I love your makeup looks, especially your base routine. Anyway, as you're the same age as my son, I think of you as my niece in my head. So, as your play auntie, let me tell you that knowing how to cook is something that comes with time. And it certainly won't guarantee you a man. Don't be so hard on yourself for not learning how to cook when you were younger. Between cooking shows and KZbin videos, you can easily up your cooking game whenever you're ready to. In the meantime, keep focusing on being the best you for YOU (not anybody else, just YOU), and good things will follow. Also, I like the questions that guy asked you on Facebook. Especially about what you want that you didn't get in your last relationship. Your answer was perfect. Everyone needs and wants to be heard, and you deserve nothing less than that. Thanks for your videos and sharing part of your life with us. Be safe and stay strong.

Woman! I’m 37 and have been with my husband for the last 15 years of our lives. He is Mr. Green Flag. And he never made me feel bad for growing up and not learning how to cook on the expert level. His parents both cook all the time and are known for their skills. As I have WANTED to learn how to cook and experimented with it, he has supported me. He recognizes and adores the many other gifts that I have and loves me in each stage of my embodiment journey. Taurus Rising, Libra Sun. Keep going, you’re doing phenomenally.

GIRL YOU BETTA CALL THAT MAN! Lol that was soooo sweet ! That’s such a nice finishing touch for a gift! And about the cooking: I’ve been cooking since I was 16 because I had to. My mom was a single parent working and going to nursing school. So, I would come home from school and cook for my brother and I daily. But, I’m also a serious creative and a serious foodie. Plus, my mom is an AMAZING cook but she doesn’t enjoy cooking. But I ended up loving it. Fast forward, I’m 26, started a plant-based lifestyle brand and recently, have been asked to start catering. I tell you my story because it’s all a journey! I encourage you to continue cooking FOR YOU. Not for the sake of keeping a man. But for you and your health. Once you enjoy that, it’ll become easy for you to share your meals with others! Much love, you’re beautiful and thank you for your vulnerability❤

Two things can be true! I know how to cook, but I DONT necessarily like to cook for people . I was taught at an earlier age. My mom was adamant that I had life skills down pact . However, read recipes and there you go.

Nobody at home showed me how to cook, but I wanted to learn. However, I had Home Economics since elementary school (I’m telling my age), I watched my mama cooked throughout the years, read cook books and just picked up on certain things. Just because you don’t know how to cook elaborate meals, you get the jist of it. So you’ll be fine. Now you got a lot of men in the kitchen cooking. And you can always do a cooking class date with someone so, I think you’ll be fine. Hell, Beyoncé can’t cook and she got a man so, don’t worry your heart about it. 🤣

Yesss.. I was just talking about taking a little cooking class to learn and do it for fun. Beyonce is crazyyyyyyy lmao but you're absolutely right

I don't agree that everyone who is a good cook enjoys cooking and everyone who doesn't cook for others does not know how to cook. It is totally valid to be in a learning phase of cooking and learning new recipes. Naturally, when you have more people in your life and you improve on your cooking skills, you will want to share it with others. It is possible that you can be a great cook, cook for your family, and that still not be fulfilling or your love language. But cooking is a learning process, so there's always room to learn and obtain the "wife" skill.

Fortunately, when I was married my spouse cooked and we didn't have children. I'm certain you know how to prepare "meals" you like so that's what's important.

Gurllll. Do not beat yoself up over cooking. I think he should not have told you that because sometimes we are not given the option to cook for others. And should not be the staple for making you a good cook.Nor cooking from scratch doesn’t make you a good cook neither. You just said you can cook just for us to eat. And that’s enough. Some ppl cook with a passion but food still taste 🤮 like trash. I think cooking is all about having that confidence while cooking. Don’t let no one tell you otherwise. We are in the innovating world where there are videos you can watch. You can be self taught. And that one person will accept you for who you are. After living with him you find out he is not the greatest cook neither. But you both are willing to learn together. You both will still have to learn what each other likes to eat. So guess, when it’s all said and done, you will still have to learn hunty.

your mom not teaching you how to cook has no bearings on you.. there’s so many women who can’t cook and still bag men. The things we think men care about to determine a relationship they don’t
