What a neat idea! What crafted doesn’t have these around the house! I’m unclear of the plastic egg. You place that on the inside, then add the stones for stability, correct? When you said slipper I think if something over the socks.

It is over socks. The socks I bought from Dollar Tree come with a plastic form. This is what I am filling with rocks in the sock.

Hi..I watched another of your standing gnome videos. Why are the shoes made differently? The other one, you used metal nuts for weight. I can't quite see on this video how you placed the pebbles into the plastic shoe forms. Shoes are my sticking point..🤔 I love your videos and the gnomes look great.😊

Hi! The shoes are done differently as is anything I change from one tutorial to the next if I find something that is more efficient, effective, works better, etc... I'm always trying new things to improve on the things I create.

You could possibly use toilet paper roll and cut into the shape. There are also other way to make the shoes that aren’t slippers.
