Tashi Delek Rigsang la, Nice to see your small family after long time and I just want to say that your baby tâches on his cheeks is because of too much warm clothes for him , so inside the house , there is already enough heat and on top of that you put on so warm clothes then obviously he will get small pimples. My kids had also same when they were small so I noticed that it’s because of too much worm cothes or of heat . so hope ot will help you .

That’s eczema on baby’s cheek. My son had the same and doctor said most of the kids have this and it will outgrow. There’s eczema cream and also I never let their skin get dry.
