Love these that focus on day to day stuff instead of battles and politics. And they are actually doing the history instead of talking about things and showing pictures.

Could you include an episode number in the title? Would help to see these in the proper sequence. Otherwise awesome quality! Hard to find this documentary in a decent one.

I know it's a complete mess, i think they get more views if they just put silly titles instead

It's notable how, despite being so far North (further than New England in the States), they have Some garden produce all through Winter. Kale, leeks and other root vegetables. They have one snow so far, and it's already February. First frost was in Dec. In New England, we have numerous storms, and you can't grow anything Nov-April outside.

for the fish skins, i imagine they could be boiled to extract flavor for a stock. boiling grains in that would be nice cooled and tossed with herbs.

It just hit me. For the life they are supposedly living a couple of them look less weathered than I would expect. When I worked outside in the winter my face was wind burnt. I don't know if its different complexions do different things,or if they ain't spending as much time outside as I thought.

Is there a reason they’re calling Peter “Fonz”? He’s in several of the other series and I’ve not heard him called that til this one.

Used a composting toilet on a farm. The urine over the course of a couple of weeks would lead to high concentration of ammonia you could smell!
