Long o ( oe, oa , -o-consonant-e, o, ow, ou, and ough) words | English Phonics Course | Lesson 28/45

In this video, we will study the long o sound made by several vowel combinations. Usually, when two vowels are paired together, also known as the "vowel teams", e.g. oe, oa , and -o-consonant-e, the sound of the first vowel is dominant, saying its own name.
Sometimes, vowel o or usually, in combination such as ow, ou and ough make the long o sound.
