I ended up in Minnesota last Sunday night.. drove across the entire state of Iowa to get my boy. He bought a car up in some small town north of Owatonna, then broke my truck.. lol Drove all the way up there just to see him fix the truck and bring it home. Maybe next time he gets car crazy he'll pick someplace closer to the lakes up there and I'll get to see how beautiful it is for myself. Hopefully it wont be at night again.

Looks like you had a busy weekend! I just put together another new stand last weekend as well! Always gotta have plenty of choices! Those stands can sometimes be a pain in the ass the put up yourself! I cheated and raised my buddy up along with the stand with the loader bucket on the tractor! Lol! Cabin also great too! I need to get bunk bed built in my cabin and only have a few weeks til gun season! Last year I finished the interior of our cabin but ran out of time getting beds built so we slept on the recliners during deer season! Lol not gonna happen this year!!
@JoeandZachSurvival10 жыл бұрын
Ryan Franck I wish I had the forklift up there, that would have made fun work putting up that last stand lol. You better get your butt moving on them bunk beds. Even after a 12 pack of beer the recliners get uncomfy. Thanks for the comment Ryan. Joe

I enjoy all of your videos and look forward to new additions. I must comment on your camp setup with a tent. Absolutely awesome and very homey. So when do wife and I get an invite. We are in Louisiana and gave seen where you get to our state every so often. We are located in the Alexandria area, actually just across the river in a small town called Pineville. Have been to your state a couple times to visit the VA Hospital in Minneapolis for various training, etc. That's one cold area! And they were wanting me to move there to take charge of an outpatient facility in St. Paul. Nice chatting and keep the vids coming enjoy them tremendously. Bob (aka LASkeeter318)

Great video. I got some good ideas from you with the hanging shoes to warm by the stove from hooks and the woodbox. How do you keep unwanted critters out of your tent anyway? Best wishes

Very nice! How often do you go out to your cabin, and have you had any experience with vandals, theft?
@JoeandZachSurvival10 жыл бұрын
Carlota Chmielewski I have never had any trouble at all with theft but its a very secluded place. From the Sunday after Thanksgiving until all the snow melts which is around mid april to mid may you can not drive to the tent, you have to cross the lake ice on snowshoes or a snowmobile. I have had several times I have been up there for over a week and never saw another soul. I get to the cabin more in the fall with hunting and I guess I get up there when I can. I think I will be going up within the next couple weeks. I have over a hundred videos on the tent in that playlist and if you watch them and the dates you can see when I get up there and when it slows down. Thank you. Joe
