What about an offset form? It’s vague with lots of demands. Wanting me to send in cppd denial letter . It’s already in my policy to apply for offsets and I have but why this form mandatory to fill out?

For the authorization forms, does that include the CPP Disability Medical Reprt forms where I has a 'Consent for Service Canada to obtain personal information'? Should you sign those ones? (I realize it's not an insurance company, so perhaps this doesn't apply?).

Yes, as long as they follow “privacy laws”. Where I’m from, they can follow me, film me in my house from the street, go through my garbage on the curb. Try to film your neighbours from the street see how fast you get arrested! It’s horrible, I’ve been followed by a private investigator 3 times now. My claim is worth a lot of money because I had a big salary before disability and they are extra aggressive it’s insane! My job was not as hard as putting up with this. I just wish I had my health back. My life was so much simpler and calmer 😢.
