Hi Scott. Got the owners manual. Thank you. Printed it out along with Honda motor manual and put in loose leaf binder. I think I remember you in another video where the filter blew off. Since seeing that a year and a half ago, I purchased a filter and fitting to mount but since then have been injured. However, I spoke to Northern tool tech and he explained how your model with a filter suffers a pressure surge causing excessive pressure, a reason my model doesn't sport a filter. The issue was resolved some time later. Happy safe splitting to ya. Steve

Another fellow who loves to split wood and then pick it up off the ground to resplit it. Put a table at the splitter height on the opposite side from where you work. Then the oversize split goes on that table! Also, put a cart or wagon near you to toss finished splits in. But if not, then guess you love to bend over a lot! Ha ha.
