Seeing you back is so refreshing! First, my condolences to you on the loss of your mother. I pray you receive everything that you need to help you as you learn to cope with such a beautiful loss. I’m also happy to hear that you’ve recovered. I definitely came back to check your channel periodically and even watched some old videos. You helped me a lot when I began sewing in 2014. I’m so happy to see you back and I look forward to new videos! ❤️🪡🧵

My heart goes out to you. In 2017, my husband of 10 years passed away the day before our son's 6th birthday. He wasn't sick, he wasn't complaining of anything, he just died in his sleep- cardiac arrest in his 30s. Grief is such a strange thing. It's a shape shifter. Some days I think it's disappeared and then some days it's anger, others it's disbelief, and some others it's pride that I think he is feeling with me when our kids do something or when I achieve something we had talked about doing some day. I want to tell you that during my 4 month formal mourning period as a muslim widow, your videos and sewing projects got me through my grief and kept me busy. I'm so happy you're back.❤

As the only child to a mother who unexpectedly passed less than 48 hours ago, I feel your pain. 💔 Thank you for your vulnerability in sharing, as I think it I needed to see that the future will be difficult and triggering for me (re: grief) but I can do it. As you briefly mentioned, if you could do a video on grief, I'm sure others (myself included) would really appreciate it.

I admire your wisdom in taking space and setting boundaries to protect your heart and heal. Like I said I’m new to your channel. Your tutorial was really great, honestly standout. Then to find your amazingly candid update, well I’ve subscribed. I wish you all the healing, peace, and love your heart my need as you walk your path. I tell you this because I want you to know that although you never stop loving them and grieving for them, there will come a point in time when you will smile instead of cry when you think of your mother. Her love for you will be evident and refreshed in every memory and thought you will have of her. Until then, I wish you strength and love from all of us that surround you. Xoxo 😘 😘 😘

Ameen I remember watching a sewing video and thinking, “maybe I can learn to sew” and then there were no more videos. You’ve been through a lot with divorce and loosing your mom and getting sick in the midst of these last few years. Don’t doubt the strength that Allah has given you or your ability move past or through any guilt you make feel. He’s got you. Also, take comfort that you can pray for your mom as a righteous child. If you don’t feel that you are, trust that simply praying for her is the act of one, so start there. Thank you for sharing with us so we know you’re “ok” and let YT be something you do as it truly suits you and not any sense of obligation to post. Sending you love Sis. 🤗

I'm here for any content old and new that you share with us🤗. As always your mental and physical health comes 1st. If you want to cry...cry. If you want to laugh...scream..cry and smile girl by all means do so🙂. Circumstances and situations in life sometimes hits us so hard...there's so much grief that trys to consume us. BUT!! YOU KEEP ON LIVING, BREATHING AND PUSHING! One moment, minute, hour...day at a time. One step in front of the other and focus on just moving. Prayer and positive outlets and people help tremendously but girl you keep putting in that work. Remember things of old but make things anew. Some things we honestly never get "over"...at this point I'm not sure if those "things" are even designed to. But I know that strength 💪🏾, that zeal🦸🏾♀️, that beauty and the tenacity that your mother instilled in you to continue to move forward through anything is in you. So honey, grieve. Do whatever you have and need to do. And while your doing...LIVE!❤🙏🏾

Positive Healing Vibes for you. I'm positive your mother would be very proud of you and all you do. My daughter decided to become our guardian Angel way too soon. 2011 she was 34 and decided she could not take the pain in other issues going on in her life. Without her 3 girls I would not have made it. Her daughter's and I still struggle with it sometimes every year we have an angel birthday for her on the date it happened. We talk about all the wonderful things about her and how much she's missed. But I don't think I've truly ever gotten past the pain of losing my child. So I do understand. She was my best friend at the time. Now my other daughters are closer than ever. May you be blessed with comfort and joy. Namesta ✌️🕉️🐞

I’m so so sorry for your loss. I lost my sis years ago, she died in my arms, I had my arms around her, I felt her take her last breathe, it’s not something you get over, it just gets easier with time, the hurt and pain never truly goes away. Take heart, be strong. 🤗 💗

So glad you're back! You are so sweet to share about your life, I'm so sorry that you lost your mom. But, as a mom, I have to tell you as I'm sure you know, momma is always with you no matter what, always in your heart and head. She would want you to keep pushing, she would want success for you and to try to remember the happy times, that will get you through this hard time. I know it's very difficult, I just lost my dad 3 years ago too...it takes time, I don't think you will ever be able to "get over it" as people say. Your parents are a Part of you especially when you grow up in a single parent household as we did. But treasure thise happy times and memories, laugh out loud about it, it's ok to still talk to her like she's listening because I feel they are. They send you signals, just keep your heart and mind open. It's still ok to cry, sometimes you just got to and it's ok. Know that you are loved and supported here. My heart goes out to you. This will be a good year. 👍

inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un, im sorry to hear about your loss, i can only imagine the pain you've been enduring and the strength it takes to keep going. i'm muslim but i didn't subscribe because of your hijab, i love ur unique content and personality. also there is way more to our relationship with Allah than just our hijab though the haram police beg to differ smh, inshallah this year will be easier for you and your family and i look forward to any videos you decide to share ☺️
