I have the Longchamp and I do like it but I’m going to Italy in September and want to get the Prada backpack (medium size) because I think it is a secure bag and it’s a classic. I think the con about getting inside of it is also a pro because it would be hard for someone else to get inside. You would know it before they got all the way in don’t you agree? Thank you for the comparison. I’ll also be able to save a lot of $$$ by buying in Italy.

The biggest gripe for me with the Prada is the lack of strap adjustability. I don’t need to buckle up the back, just slip it through the hole. I also think the Prada’s saggy look is an aesthetic and part of the design, but you can put in one of those inserts to add a bit more structure.

The biggest difference in my opinion is the Prada bag has a zippered compartment inside. My daughters happily use a Longchamp backpack as a pool bag. I use my Prada backpack as an everyday bag in inclement weather as well as my travel bag. Enjoy! Great review 🙂

I have both. But longchamp is far cheaper , so you don’t feel bad if it gets dirty etc

Both are super comfortable, no cutting into skin, Prada sits lower on the back. Longchamp are adjustable so you can wear it high or low

Prada brand is nice but that pull open top is a thief dream. I may buy it if it has safety large zipped pockets. Long champ looks nicer but still missing zipped compartments. The hunt continue.

Longchamp looks like a chip backpack, ugly and poor design. I wold never sped 1 dollar for a Longchamp. Prada is absolutely the best!

They are the same material and time and time again I choose Longchamp. Prada is just ok based off of my usage. ❤️
