This video was made 7yrs ago. It’s 2022 - Regarding @2:13 it only applies to older version of the TOTE or some bags. I bought newer totes at actual boutique and a small le pliage pouch. They do not all have the “PRYM 6/4B” the newer or some totes reads “longchamp” twice on both side (in the back of the button). If you’re not sure ask your Sales associate from your local Longchamp. Besides that the rest seems spot on. Thanks!

Just watched your vid. You mentioned, "at the back of the snap button you should read original PYRM 6/4B, if you read other than that, it's definitely a fake. ..." but on your bag is PRYM? So the bag is a fake?

Hello ma'am, I'm very glad to have seen this video before I buy my first ever le pliage! I was planning on buying thru the internet because it's WAY CHEAPER but then I don't want to have one that is counterfeit and there's no way of knowing whether or not the bag sold online is fake. Hi Michelle! I was a bag seller before. I was really keen to details and I have an experience were in I was fooled by sellers. That's why I invested my time and full effort to determine a counterfeit bag from a genuine 1. I owned 2 longchamp bags and I always visit their store to check on new updates to spot the fake ones.

There are lot more that you would think were fakes but are not. Like the misspelling of Morroco with an "a". Hard for me to tell. I get it authenticated before purchasing or just buy from reputable seller.

E Foronda It is real. You can periodically find a Longchamp made in France at Nordstrom. I personally don't like the ones made in China. The leather feels different. Most fake ones won't have a tag and if they do, it is a cloth or paper tag with just China written on it. :)

J. P. long shaw is wrong lol it’s long-shawn : the n in shawn should be a nasal n - the back of your tongue should slightly touch the roof of your mouth. Almost like loNG but not fully closed like NG
