Just wanted to add a comment that if you’re ready to pop off that “longchamp IS a designer brand”....I’m well aware, thanks! I wasn’t being specific - these BAGS from the brand are not considered part of their luxury line. The brand itself does have a designer tier. I have a B.S in Apparel Merchandising and Design. I’m sorry I didn’t specify something to your liking - I’m human - and this seems like a strange point I’m having to make sure you know I know the brand is designer. I bought a le pliage in the longchamp store and the sa told me that if the corners wear you can send it to longchamp and they will take in the corners to fix the corner wear.

I have longchamp in small with long handles in khaki. It’s my only designer bag and I love it. Love how low maintenance it is and it’s amazing for travel as I travel with only small carry on luggage and I can pack it inside and use at destination place as regular handbag

Use this for my medical school, need something durable to carry books, iPad, Stethoscope, pens, whitecoat,etc so I think the longchamp le pliage large nylon is the best

Simple. There are 2 types of Le Pliage . Top Handle & Shoulder bag ( long handle ) . Top Handle ( size S,M,L ) . Shoulder ( S,M,L ) . The top handle sizes are smaller since its hand held not to carry on shoulder.

To get more wear out of the small size, you might enjoy a bag organizer or insert? I find this makes the smaller Longchamps more functional

Thank you for clearing the sizing. I couldn't figure out if the small was mini or small on the website. Now I know I want a small top handle although I think they do now have a mini that's really small.

I use the small shoulder tote that you can’t find the uses for when 1)clothing shopping. I stuff all the stuff I shop in there. 2)Also good for grocery shopping. Leave it in the car for when you randomly need to pick something up and you don’t have a grocery bag with you. Since there are no more plastic bags at the store. 3) travel bag. (For when we can travel again) 4) hands free specially now where you have to watch where you put your hands. Masks on and off, sanitizer bla Blabla 5) beach bag

They actually do repairs on the corners you have to take the bag in they have a lifetime warranty and they will do a one time courtesy free repair then after that a small fee.

Do you know if that's only for people who bought theirs directly from Longchamp? I got mine from Neiman Marcus and I'm looking into another that's on sale at Nordstrom right now.

@@abbyhenderson9574 I believe it doesn’t matter where you purchased the bag as long as it’s an authorized sales like a department store and a real bag the bags have a serial number inside by the tag that they can scanned. Also they can tell real from fake.

I have a couple of the Le Pliage Neo large totes and a large Le Pliage Neo satchel. I love them all. The nylon used on the Neos are little bit thicker as well.

I wish they would remake this bag with a crossbody strap and a larger pocket inside, I used to own the large in navy and I gifted it to a special person

I noticed I don’t get as much corner wear when I use a bag organizer. I love this bag. I have 3 use them for work and I feel like they give me lux vibes without the lux price because of where they are made lol

too funny, size of my head! the best way to refer to the bags is by number - on the tag inside bags area are a series of numbers, the travel bag would be 1624, mini w/short handle 1621, large total with long handles 1899 - it is so confusing!!

The small top handle is called small top handle. The other small is called small long handle. That’s how they distinguish it. I know right they’re still different in sizes. But anyway, just fyi. ☺️

Taja ok just looked into it. Honestly the Everlane one is a super similar shape, material, with a BETTER price and is sustainable. I’d go Everlane if you don’t have an attachment to the longchamp branding. Just my personal thought. 😊

Glad that I am not the only one. One huge drawback on the Le Pliage is the the edges getting frayed with constant use. I wish there were reviews on Everlane ReNew Traveler tote for better comparison. The dimensions are similar. Plus the ReNew tote is made out of recycled material and is much more better priced than Le Pliage. It can be folded too.
