Namaste 🙏 Venerable Jayasaraji - I have been practicing and following the Dzogchen teachings for sometime; ever grateful. Came across the teachings of Lama Lena, where she has voiced a warning that the Dzogchen, Mahamudra teachings MUST be transmitted by a trained Lama as the pointers/ Instructions thus given are most critical for right understanding or else the student may actually be more confused or led astray by just following these profound teachings only thru internet(without proper personal guidance). Please if you could clarify for the benefit of all. Thank you 🙏🙏

Yes, if you don't understand what is being pointed to here in your own direct experience then a teacher would be helpful. Many people who are listening on my channel are well seasoned and long term meditators, many with their own lamas, gurus or teachers so these profound teachings are really deepening their practice. Many also understand that a "teacher" can come in many guises - via the internet, in nature or simply by recognizing the internal teacher. It is important not to be fundamentalist or attached to rigid beliefs, traditions or superstitions. All of these teachings are now openly available in book form via all the online book sites. They are no longer a secret doctrine and the Dzogchen masters wish for them to spread as predicted. Use them wisely and relate them to your direct insights and you can deepen your meditation practice. Otherwise they just remain an intellectual entertainment.

Yes, of course and quantum physics supports this also from a scientific point of view. However, perceiving it directly through one's own insight as you have done is what the practice is about. May your wisdom continue to deepen and grow. 💜
