I don't have a clue who you are, where you live, work, or anything;however, I just listened to your version of this for the first time, and feel I need to speak out to you. My friend, you are EXTREMELY talented, by both playing the guitar, as well as your vocals. That was a "perfect." cover of Longer. This song came out the year I was born (1980) and I still love it... I have vivid memories from as young as 2 or 3yrs old, and this song is always playing in the background. I just had a ROUGH DAY, and was looking to watch a video, in able for me to learn to play this, but something drew me into watching your cover... Buddy, you literally made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I didn't hear one flaw in your performance, and also your vocals. It was a nice spin on Dan's voice, which after 40yrs has gotten somewhat overplayed and old IMO... All I can tell you is to just ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR HEART and definitely DO NOT EVER UNDERESTIMATE YOURSELF, okay??? If I had my own label, I would sign you this very moment! Open "G" Chord kapatid. Yung 5th String mo itono mo sa Base ng "G" ng 6th String tapos yung 1st string itono mo sa 2nd string na yung daliri mo nasa 3rd Fret. Yan ang gamit ko na Open "G". Pati hinde mo na kailangan pang gamiting yung 6th String hanggang 5th string lang ang kinakalabit diyan sa plucking

Thanks man. I learned how to play it for my wife... The open G tuning lets the high E string notes "D' ring out. I thought this was in standard tuning using the key of G.
