My longest train journey was in Yesvantpur- Muzaffarpur express(15227). It took me around 53 hours- a very long and tiresome but fascinating journey. I got to see varied landscapes, from the plateaus and eastern ghats in the south to coastal Odisha and rural West Bengal. I liked how we can observe different landscapes, people and their culture and food while traveling in Indian Railways. Long journeys become even more interesting due to these.
