"Best Carnage" !! I love it!! I could have TOTALLY taken first place in THAT category!! (And I've proven it countless times!) Great contest, Ed.

Awesome Ed, thanks again for organizing the competition, and editting out the parts of the interview where we said really stupid things!

Until I gain the ability to upload a custom thumbnail, my videos will have a still frame at the end which is 30% of the total video length. This allows the KZbin thumbnail finder to have something to work with. There is no way around this if I want control over the thumbnail. When it says "Experimental Airlines - End Of Video" it is the end of the video.

I have worked in medicine my whole life, but I've always liked to build things for fun. I'm terrible at math. I mostly just make things up as I go along. "If it looks right it flies right", so they say.

Very nice. Just one question about your videos. Why are the last 6 minutes of the same frame ?

Don't know how I missed this old video. Too cool man, too cool.

heehee! Great to watch this again using a different YT channel. From what I know now, a very high aspect Armin wing will benefit from having the spars fully glued in with one touching the inside surface of the lower 'skin' and one touching the inside surface of the upper 'skin', That way, any flex will be trying to stretch one spar against the other, if you see what I mean. And use carpenter's polyurethane glue, it's cheaper that Gorilla's!

There will be more contests, at least one of them before summer is out. For the wingspan challenge no suspension wires or struts were allowed.

I think these kind of contest are great. I wish I had know about it, and it was in the SF bay area. I would have like to try my hand at it. Was there a rule regarding king-post and guide wires? Thanks

That looks like the bay area, South City. Or maybe by the Oakland airport where the Raiders are.

Wondered about that myself, there's several minutes of nothing at the end of the video. Some people might not watch a video when the listed time is so long, but the actual video is substantially less, but you don't know that unless you watch it.

My friends, the whole conversation was great, very informative and nothing stupid to be sure! There was only time a few minutes to include in the video. Please include the details of your build on your channel. Anyone reading this please check it out at codefreezer's channel.
