A beautiful vessel to be sure but I never would have guessed the speed it can make. That is absolutely incredible. Most "sleepers" are quite bland/boring in appearance but produce great speeds, this thing is refined and beautiful in appearance and rocks along at terrific speeds. Fantastic!

Cruise of 40 nice wood work. However it's a bit cramped and teak is life less when it comes to wood grain patterns . I would trade Donald Trump for it .

The hull was molded by Northeast Composites in Maine and she was finished off by Derecktor Shipyard.

Boat was was built by CH marine on Shelter island NY in 2000 ,it was originally going to be a production boat called shelter island commuter , and was decided to be one off , until 2012 I think a 2nd Hull was pulled from original molds , I was one of the carpenters drowning in teak for 2 years on her , since her launch in 2002 ish her helm , galley , head have been beautifully redone I don’t know where , she was first shown at the Fort Lauderdale boat show and was the only teak clad Downeaster amongst a sea of white gelcoat , we’re all still very proud of her..
