Christmas Bells I HEARD the bells on Christmas Day Their old, familiar carols play, And wild and sweet The words repeat Of peace on earth, good-will to men! My mother, 87yo, was so touched by this rendition (and i was too). She had tears in her eyes as he narrated the story. RIP Edward K. Hermann, u brought a piece of heaven in our lives.

God bless Edward Herrmann...he was such a great actor and beloved human being. It was wonderful that this was one of his last appearances. Such a tribute to him, as well as to the amazing musicians and directors.

I love this version with Edward Hermann I cry every time. My dad passed away December 23, 2017 and since then Christmas hasn't been my favorite holiday. This helps bring a little peace to me during that holidays

I just read that Edward Herrmann passed away from brain cancer. So sad. I will always remember his rendition of this great song. (I know Mack Wilberg wrote this rendition) RIP Edward Herrmann.
