I had a terrible experience with Longines (Swatch Group) customer service related to this watch. I purchased the Longines Spirit Zulu Time GMT and then wanted to purchase the steel bracelet so I called Swatch Group to order it. When it arrived, the bracelet was defective with a loose screw holding one of the links. I called Swatch to return the bracelet the next day, which they said was fine. After the returned bracelet arrived at their warehouse, they refused to honor the return because the packaging the bracelet came in was opened. Not sure how else you are supposed to look at a product you order besides taking it out of the box. After this experience I would never buy a Longines/Swatch Group product and I will be selling my Longines Spirit Zulu Time GMT. Buyer beware with Longines and Swatch Group.

Tried this on yesterday at an AD. Thought I’d like it more than I did when I put it on. It’s clearly a quality watch, but just didn’t do it for me. The lack of gold accents in the bracelet (e.g. in place of those polished sections) makes it feel incomplete to me. To my mind - either go full two tone or don’t bother at all.

Entry level luxury is a useless term. I prefer to think of brands like Longines as premium. Entry level makes it sound like you just got in on the ground floor, and there is nothing 'entry' about a gold plated watch finished with the same precision as this one.

It is real 18k gold... the golden hands are plated, but case(bezel/crown) is real gold.. please do research first before making the video. Also the links aren't screw pins but push pins that is what longines has always done for the links.. no screws yet
