Longleat Safari Park | Zoo Review & Full Tour | UK Travel Vlog

This week we visited Longleat Safari Park in Wiltshire for our latest day our review to find out if it really was the UK's number one safari park. Is it really worth the high prices and worth considering for your next family day out? With a drive-through safari as well as a walk-around zoo, plus lots of other things to do, we visited to see what is was really like and if it lived up to the hype when compared to places like Woburn Safari Park and West Midlands Safari Park.

What a cheap way for Longleat to feed their animals, get the visitors to pay £1 for a pot of food. Great review as always. I was amazed you took your car through the monkey enclosure, very brave!

Well done great video . Looks really interesting. Plenty to see. Koalas looked cute. Parakeets beautiful but a bit scary when they descend upon on you on masse,like something out of 'The Birds ' movie. Looks like a good day out. Haven't been there for years dread to think how many ?

The lorikeets weren't scary at all, even when we got mobbed. Would always highly recommend feeding the lorikeets, it's always been a highlight of our day out when it's available! Thanks for watching!

I agree Longleat is the best safari park I've been to I've been to it like 10000 times and still im not bored of it 😂❤❤I absolutely love all the amazing animals there I especially ador the red pandas ❤❤❤there my faves im going on a VIP in the red panda encloser tomorrow I can't wait!!!! Sadly both the hippos spot and sonya died now 😢but we still have those noisy seelions lol 😂😂😂but longleat must also bea like the biggest safari park in the world because I've been so many times and still haven't been to the house or the farm there 😂

Otherwise, all of those visit would be costing you a fortune! Yes it really is an excellent place to visit. Issy was quite heavily pregnant when we last visited, so there was still plenty more for us to see. We will have to go back soon with Sienna now she's a bit older. We love the Sealions, too. We think the car safari is better at woburn, but longleat has a lot of extra attractions that make it a very good day out. The boat ride with the sealions is fantastic. They're both excellent, but for the money, we just prefer Woburn. Thanks for watching. Matt and Issy

Its just a shame more of the safari animals were behind fences and not free to roam.

They have two areas to go in. Their own separate outdoor space or the space amongst the cars (as well as their indoor shelter).

Yes absolutely. It appeared when we went that many couldn't actually get into the larger outdoor area. We assume for good reason however. It's just one of those things!

@@ExploreHomeRepeat There’s a video of a lion trying opening a car door there, and a car broken down with lions walking around them. I’d imagine they’d either have shutters that the keepers have to open up manually to allow them out or for the lions for example, they have more than two prides so I’d say they were doing a switch over at the time. It’s a great place and Iv had lions and tigers walk past the car numerous times. I haven’t visited the other safaris yet, so I’m defo going to check them out 😁 on here and then in person. Great vlog though!

You go on about the price being expensive!!!! £34 I think it's a very cheap deal! I did like your review But you could have showed a little bit more I think longlck is a very big place you didn't really do that much it looked like on the video, It would have been good if you showed a little bit more

Thanks for watching. We were comparing it up to a wide range of other zoos and safari parks we have been to. In comparison, the price is very high. Issy was also quite pregnant at the time so there was a limit to what we could do in a day I'm afraid. Its a shame you found negative things to comment on. We really try our best and we're certainly not professionals. We just try to help families out with spending wisely on a day trip out. We're always trying to get better.
