LDCF DIET is a Low Density Carbohydrates Fat Diet. LDCF diet is basically low in carbs, moderate in fats and high in protein. LDCF diet helps to reverse diabetes and also fat loss.
Type 2 diabetes can be controlled and reversed by having a low-carb diet. The concept is very simple carbohydrates provide us with instant energy and the fat is stored in our body and gradually we increase our weight but in low density carbohydrate and fat diet we have to lower the carb intakes and keep the fat and protein intake moderate and high respectively. जब तक आप गेंहू, चावल , चीनी , दूध और पेकेज फूड नही छोड़ोगे तब तक ठीक नही होंगे । सब ज्ञानबाजी छोड़ो और मिलेट की अंबाली खाली पेट ले उसके बाद मिलेट की रोटी और सब्जी और सलाद ही आपको बचाएगा ।

भोजन मात्र 2 बार करना चाहिए, सुबह 9 और शाम को 5 बजे , बाकी पूरा समय पानी पीना चाहिए , मात्र इतना करने से बहुत स्वास्थ लाभ मिलता है 🙏

Great job. 385 is on the high side. 217 is better but not at a normal level. Sadly it is true that if you stop eating carbs for the rest of your life sugar level will be better. As long as your body is making insulin you can control sugar. It is a billion $ industry. They do have a cure

My hb1a1c is 7.6 to 8.3 Beta beta cell 77 %working insulin sensitivity is 54 % Morning 130 and eating 160 to 200 depends on diet I was normal till June 22,but due to booster dose of corona I become serious about 2 years (Sterlite and redmisiver) was given back now under control, but Hb1a1c never goes to 6.5 age 58 now

Thanks Doctor My husband's sugar was 216 but after following this diet it has been reduced to 107 .This is without medicine.Since it was first time he was diagnosed diebetic patient do tried your diet nd it worked . Thanks a lot Now he doesn't require medicine.

Awesome. We are struggling with diabetes from the last 5 yrs. Last week my husband's reading in fasting was close to 400. Insulin was suggested but we didn't take. सम्माननीय आपने बहुत ही अच्छी विधि से डायबिटीज की खुराक एवं हर आवश्यक खुराक में सावधानी रखने हेतु ज्ञान देने के लिए धन्यवाद।इस तरीका से कोई भी चिकित्सक नहीं समझाता है।एक बार आपने ढिमका शब्द स्तेमाल किया जिससे महसूस होता है कि आपको बुन्देलखण्डी भाषा का ज्ञान है।

Sidha equation - Take medcines first Dont get tensed. Dont take any sugar for 1 yr ( divide it by 90 days 90 days like) Do atleast 90min of excercise Focus on sprouts , and salad 🥗, and dry seeds like flower 🌼 seeds, acruts etc Dont eat after 7pm ... Also use alkaline water . E sab gyan mat suno

Stop 🛑 Do this all Diabetic Patients ❤Eat Row Food 🥑🥝 more before 12pm morning. ❤Eat non Refined oil ❤Avoid Roti, Chapati, All Milk products, and Outdoor Fastfood. ❤Walk 4km Daily, 2 minutes Running OR 1hr Cycling. ❤ evening dinner before 7:30pm. ❤ Sleeping at before 10:30pm. ❤ Early morning 6pm before ❤Weekly Planning to go Garden, Travel to hill station, anything outdoors activities.
