Fun racing game with cool track diversity. I like the graphics and atmosphere in this one. Some stages remind me of those careless summer nights. Also hooray for not using licensed music, so I don't have to mute anything.

Physics have come a long way. I remember being a kid in the early 2000s lucky enough to have an xbox and every racing game's physics was a shot in the dark. Not a single one felt similar.

Holy crap I didnt even know this was on gamecube I was thinking about these on ps2 the other day but I dont have one anymore I do have a homebrew wii with nintendont so ima get this game right now :) cant belive how many games u smashed out

33:51 Ah.....a rally stage that I don't like (it's hard when playing this stage on PS2). Too bad those lights from the vehicles isn't shining the road any brighter and this game doesn't have a brightness settings. Heck this game has very limited options for us to do (it even lacks the option to turn off autosaves). Every time I play this stage, I either hit the rocks or roll the car because I couldn't see the rocks and the edges of the road because it blends in the dark so well that I have to do cautious and fast driving at the same time so I don't lose time. Overall this game was a 3/5 for me. It's an okay game.

To further more my comments on this game, the pacenotes in this game is VERY BASIC with no details to tell us (the player as the driver in the game) what's ahead, on, or on the side of the roads in the stage. Me as a real-life rally driver, it's not enough for me haha

honestly for a 2002 gamecube game, guessing the Ps2 version an such hold up better but still looks great. RIP Akklaim

Not really, the issues lie from the weird control physics. I get that it's a rally game, and that's its supposed to be slippery, but still.

@@sup-wy8gh the handling physics is too loose or too sensitive. I've tried driving two Pajero in this game, it definitely was not easy to do. I find it comfortable when I'm driving a pickup truck (like a Hilux or the L200) when I'm doing the campaign.
