What to say.. this is the sequel to Mario Party. The party game got lots of small little upgrades, but the mini-game island is left out. You can still play minigames but there's no "story mode" in it. You buy the minigames with coins. It feels a little rushed as opposed to MP1 but it's still good. What I liked about this especially is how they introduce many new aspects to the party games such as the ITEM SHOP, item game and duel games. The item shop is pretty major because the game will be less RNG-based like MP1. Now you can actually buy magic lamps or golden mushrooms with all the coins you win from minigames (incase you're good) as opposed to just getting them all stolen or lost to bowsers in MP1. These items can aid you greatly in getting to the star, but RNG will always be a factor. Duel games are also great because they can make a heck of a difference as they allow you to steal 10, 20 or 30 coins from somebody. Boo's are also more effective and slightly altered. Boo is no longer free, as you need to pay 5 coins for coin steal, but you can steal over 20 coins now and usually atleast over 10. CPU will always steal from the first player, which is sometimes pretty funny because if the first player only has one coin, he'll still be targeted. Lastly, the coins and stars of ALL players are collected after the game and stars are converted to coins. Use the coins to buy minigames. That's it. In MP1 you only get to keep non-CPU coins and stars. Anyway play all party games and you'll get to go to bowser land. Beat that and win. No crazy 100 star requirement.

hopefully one day it comes out on the switch and we can play online with it my childhood mario party was the fourth in the series and i played it a fair bit and so with wind waker and ocarina of time and brawler were the games i played the most

The Western Land theme I remember from that browser game called Angry Birds Heroic Rescue. Seems though alot of those Angry Birds browser games use Nintendo music. There was one that I can't remember the name of which had the Honeyhive Galaxy theme from Super Mario Galaxy, and Crazy Angry Birds which had the Online Practice Stage theme from Smash Bros Brawl, and K.K. Western and DJ K.K. from the Animal Crossing series

Yeah a few days ago I was filming a Mario Party 2 100% completion series and in Pirate Land, I had 3 stars and like 10 coins (1st) and Peach had 0 stars but over a 100 coins (4th). However she got all of the 3 bonus stars in the end and she ended up winning the whole thing! Now I have to redo the board (as I only film me getting 1st)... sad times :( If anybody requests I will upload a separate clip of this happening as I still have the recording! (btw I loved your video )

I super played this game so much. Knew (pretty much) every in and every out of every game so when a game came up that is completely RNG it’s hard to not punch the air at least a little.
