I have this series on DVD, I love it. One of the best things about it is the music is done by the great, Oliver Nelson who would go on to do the music for the first three seasons of, The Six Million Dollar Man. If you listen carefully you can hear certain music cues that would show during Six Mills show.

Bruce Lee looks noticeably thinner from the first Longstreet episode. It is because of the grind of filming The Big Boss in Thailand between the two episodes. He'd film all his episodes and head back to Hong Kong in October 1971 for the premiere of The Big Boss. It proved to be his breakthrough, launching him on his path to superstardom! ❤

Longstreet was a TV movie, then became a TV series which, unfortunately, lasted one season.

Why was Bruce Lee even in this episode - he contributed absolutely nothing to it. And what a daft beggar that Bailey character was - went to all that trouble to get the money, evade the police, devise a bom* - then passes out without taking his medication!!

I think that people were stunned and excited with Lee in the first episode so they decided to bring him back on with no clear idea on how to use him yet. BL appears in other eps after this one and we can hope they did make more and better use of him. This is just a thought I had, no idea if it's what occurred, just feels logical.
