Bro. I am in in kisama now and will be leaving for Mon from Kohima on Wednesday. Are buses frequently available from Kohima to mon or is there any specific time ? Also is advanced booking required? I assume you took a bus at 1 pm and reached 4 am next day.

Yeah i booked kohima to mon bus booked through deep travels at 1pm location link is mentioned below but the main issue is mon town to longwa sumo which need to be booked early , its tough to get the same day ticket after reaching mon , you can call mon to longwa sumo booking point to know more, contact number mentioned in video maps.app.goo.gl/Z4ecPht2NWQkntYL7
